Father protest against molestation of daughter in Hathras, cost a father death
Complaining of molesting a daughter in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, cost a father death. In Naujarpur village of the district, a young man, along with his colleagues, shot the 52-year-old farmer with bullets. The police have filled the deadpan of the dead body and sent it to the district hospital for postmortem. The daughter of the deceased has registered a case against 6 people in this case. Taking immediate action, the police have arrested one of the accused murderers, Lalit Sharma.
On 16 July 2018, the deceased farmer Amrish Sharma had filed a report against the accused Gaurav accusing him of sneaking into the house. The accused had been in jail for 15 days, and since then, he has been feeling guilty. Gaurav was pressing for a decision in the case. At around 4 pm on Monday, Amrish was digging potatoes on his fields. At the same time, his wife and daughter Priyanka Sharma came to the fields to give food. Meanwhile, the accused, along with two of his accomplices, came in a white-coloured car and started.
During the firing, one of the accused was also shot and seriously injured. The crooks put the injured accused in the car and escaped from there. After the incident, an atmosphere of chaos was created on the spot. The labourers working on the farm started escaping after saving their lives. The crowd of villagers gathered on the spot after getting the information. Immediately, the family took Amrish to the district hospital where doctors declared him dead.
The incident was reported by the daughter of the nearest police station in which Gaurav, Rohtas Sharma, Nikhil Sharma, Lalit Sharma and two others have been named. The police immediately took action in this case and arrested one of the accused murderer Lalit Sharma's sons, Santosh Sharma. Apart from this, the police have started searching for the other accused.
Action will be taken against the accused under NSA
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took cognizance of the matter. After this, the CM directed the officials to take strict action in the case. He has also directed to take action against all the accused involved in the case under the National Security Act (NSA).

The former UP chief minister and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav have targeted the Yogi government over the incident. He said, 'Daughters are not safe under the rule of those who bring Ram Rajya and CM is roaming in Bengal. An SP delegation will be sent to meet the victimized daughter of Hathras. I will go to meet that daughter. ”On the other hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered the imposition of National Security Act (Rasuka) on the accused and to take the harshest action.
The victim's family insisted on not performing the last rites until the arrest of all the accused, but the family agreed after the police explained. The daughter also gives a shoulder to shoulder of the father's fat. Seeing this, the eye of everyone present there became moist.
