On Sunday evening, the looters in Koderma Valley looted 1.46 crore rupees, 2.35 fort Saina and 56 fort silver from the jewellery businessman of Patna. But only 2 hours later, the Ranchi police arrested the robber on the block check of Ormanjhi. But the robbers fled from another car.
All the items looted from the robbers have been recovered. One of these Dheeraj hails from Pandepur village in Buxar district, while Rahul Yadav from Ankuraha village in Aurangabad. Raids are being conducted in search of absconding robbers. SSP Surendra Kumar Jha told that a big gold businessman from Patna was going to kolkata with money and jewellery .
The robbers had got a clue of this and they were following from Patna. At around 4 pm, the robbers in the Koderma valley overtook the businessman's car and looted the cash and all the jewelery. As soon as the information was received, the police headquarters alerted the Koderma, Hazaribagh and Ranchi police. The police conducted an immediate inquiry and arrested the robbers at Oramanjhi at 6 pm. Police is currently investigating the entire case. Information of other criminals involved in the robbery is being collected.
Police said to surrender Raika Tae Tan, then surrender
As soon as the information was received, SSP's QRT reached the block check of Ormanjhi. The businessman had already provided the robbery car number (WB02-AL 9764) to the police. As soon as the QRT saw the robber's car, it gestured to stop. But the robbers pointed the pistol at the police's behest.
The police also took a stand on this. Said - Surrender it or else I will kill it. The strictness of the police was effected and the robbers laid down their arms. After this, the police arrested him. Rupees and jewellery looted from his car were recovered.
There was a plan to buy jewellery in the jewellery store of Kolkata
The robbers also revealed the name of the gangster. But the police did not provide information about his name. Name was also given, but the police refused to disclose his name. The SSP said that it would be revealed only after the inquiry.
Ration alias Laddoo of Bihar is also associated with the robbers
The robbers said that they are also associated with Rashian Kumar alias Laddoo's Giraheh, resident of Shembhua in Mehandia police station area of Aurangabad district. At the behest of Laddoo, he has looted jewellery shops in many states. Now the police are constantly interrogating them in Ormanjhi police station so that the whole crime can be disclosed. The SSP said that in 2018, the robbers were also involved in the robbery at the jewellery shop in Kederma. Apart from this, the robbery incident has been carried out on many other places too. Police is now investigating criminal history of Daena where these robbers have looted.
