The hospital that treated Corona's patients in Indore on Monday has ashamed humanity. An 87-year-old elderly man was admitted to the Unique Hospital in the Annapurna area three days ago died late on Sunday night. The family of the deceased alleged that the hospital completely showed negligence in keeping the body safe for the last rites. The mice in the hospital mortuary totally distorted and mutilated the entire body. The dead body was handed over only when they paid the bill of one lakh. After the matter came to light, Collector Manish Singh has ordered a magisterial inquiry. ADM Ajay Dev Sharma will investigate the case to find the discrepancies of the hospital management.

Naveen Chand Jain (87 years), a resident of Itwaria Bazar, was admitted to Unique Hospital on 17 September due to breathing problems. According to the family, the elderly person was undergoing treatment in the COVID ward. His death was reported around 3 pm on Sunday night. It was said that the corporation's car would take the body for the last rites. When the family reached the hospital at 12 in the afternoon, they saw that the bodies have been kept between the rats. When they talked to the management, they tried to ignore the ruckus created by their negligence by calling it a mistake.

Family member Prachi Jain says, "When we reached the hospital, we were asked to settle the bill then only they were supposed to deliver us the dead body. The dead body was handed over to us only after clearing the bill. Seeing the condition of the dead body family was devastated. There were severe wounds in the face and leg. The family blocked the road connecting to the hospital in anger, Soon local police reached the spot and convinced the family for a fair trial in the case, then only they left the place and performed the last rites.
