Uwais tresspassed the house of a Hindu girl with a gun
This is the first case registered in Bareilly after a law was enacted against 'Love Jihad'. Earlier, in a case, a young woman lodged a police report against Tahir Hussain and her family in secret. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against four people and sent the main accused to jail.
The case of Love Jihad has been revealed on Friday (November 27, 2020) in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. A Muslim youth entered the house of a married Hindu girl with a gun and started threatening to protest.
The boy called the girl as soon as she entered the house and said that he could not live without her and would break her marriage and marry her. After seeing all this, the girl's family has filed a case against the boy on Saturday at the Deoria police station.
The matter is of Sharif Nagar village. The girl's father has told the police in his complaint that his daughter had come in contact with Uwais while studying for Inter College. Uwais trapped her in his web and when the girl took admission in BA in 2019, he took her away to Bhopal with him.
At that time the girl's family members did not complain to the police. A panchayat was sitting in the village and it was decided that the case would not be filed and Uwais would return his girl.
Uwais then left the girl at the crossroads, but continued to pressurize the girl for conversion and marriage. When the threat did not stop, the girl's father gave up her studies and married her in June.
When the woman left her in-laws, Uwais started harassing her family members. A few days later he said that he had found out the in-law of the girl, soon he would go there to break her marriage and then marry her.
Hearing the words of Uwais, the girl's father got scared. He brought the daughter to his house. When Uwais came to know about this, he came to the house with a gun and started threatening everyone. Finally, the family got fed up and complained.
Confirming the case, the police said that the case has been registered under Sections 3 and 5 of the Ordinance (Prohibition of Unlawful Religion Prohibition Act) which has been issued recently. Apart from this, other sections of IPC have also been levied against Uwais. The boy is currently absconding and attempts are being made to arrest him.
